Diana’s practice in the emerging companies and venture capital space is wide-ranging but tailored to the needs of each client. Among her many experiences, she focuses on company formation and governance, debt and series financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Diana previously practiced at Cadwalader, WIckersham & Taft LLP and Lowenstein Sandler LLP in New York and New Jersey, respectively. Diana attended Duke University School of Law where she earned her LLM in International and Comparative Law and her JD.
