Educated at Oxford, McGill, City University of New York and University of Denver, Elizabeth has an MBA and Juris Doctorate. Elizabeth has 30 years’ corporate law experience negotiating complex transactions (including M&A), IT software sales and purchasing agreements, corporate governance, HR and risk management for Fortune 500 companies. Elizabeth’s professional contributions have proven to consistently mitigate risk, increase value and deliver timely results. She has worked at Gartner Group, First Data, CenturyLink and Boeing, serving as a leader in legal strategy, transactions and program execution.
Elizabeth is active in philanthropy for the music industry and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
