Elias’ practice specializes in the representation of disruptive emerging and startup companies from various industries ranging from life science, technology and digital media. Elias has worked from day one with venture capital / growth equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and general corporate governance matters. As a second-generation immigrant from a family of small business entrepreneurs, Elias has a hardcoded drive to help his clients achieve their goals.
Prior to Triumph, Elias practiced law at Lowenstein Sandler LLP in New York. Elias earned his JD from Duke University School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar.
